Love and Family

It‘s February! I love this month (pun intended). I express love for those around me everyday but I revel in all the concentrated love energy during this month. It’s like a love booster shot. However, this year I wanted to change the lense that we view love through and focus our loving energy on family.

People have been sharing their family stories with me. Sometimes they are happy, but often times they sad, remorseful, and angry. Families can be challenging, and much of what we experience in our lives is a direct reflection of family life. We owe it to ourselves and the generations after us to make an attempt maintain a health loving structure in those relationships where we can.
